I Stock Bargains offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $1000.00 or more within the Continental United States.
All orders are shipped within the continental United States by UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground usually within 2 to 3 days from receipt of order. A Faster Delivery is available at an additional charge for most items.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship C.O.D. Please make sure that you enter your address correctly. We must charge you for shipping if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error.
Shipping to a different address? To protect the security of your credit card and help expedite your order, if your order is shipping to an address that is not the same as the billing address on your credit card, you may be asked to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Doing this in advance will speed up the processing of your order. To place an alternate address on file with your credit card, simply call the 800 number on the back of your credit card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. If you prefer you can download our Credit Card Dropship Authorization form.
International orders: We do not ship outside of the 48 continental U.S.
Checking the Status of Your Order: All orders are shipped via UPS. Upon your request, we will provide the UPS tracking code so that you can check the status of your delivery via email. After you receive your tracking number, go to http://www.ups.com/ and click on "Tracking." Enter your tracking number in the space shown, and click "Track." You will be shown the status of your order. If you have any difficulty, please e-mail us at customercare@istockbargains.com. Provide your order number, e-mail address and date ordered.
Carrier Shipped Late: We cannot issue a refund for merchandise if your order arrives late by UPS or any other carrier, so please order with plenty of time to spare for replacement or a delivery failure. If you were not available to sign for a scheduled delivery, this does not constitute a late delivery. Please be available to sign for your package or have it delivered to someone or some place that it may be signed for. These shipping policies cover anything that is drop shipped to you from our distributors as well. Carriers cannot help the fact that severe weather or natural disasters happen and we do not make refund claims on such late packages.
