I Stock Bargains Web Site is operated by Continuum Wholesale Group, LLC. These Terms of Service apply to istockbargains.com and not to the content of third parties. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Acceptance of Agreement
You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement (Agreement) with respect to our site (I Stock Bargains). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site

Shipping Limits
I Stock Bargains will make every effort to ship all products out within 2-3 business days (5-7 days during Holidays). If your order can not for some reason be shipped in this time frame it is due to circumstances beyond our control. We will, however notify you if we have any problems with your order. This is why a correct e-mail address or phone number is so important. If we are unable to reach you to notify you of a delay because of improper information, we will not accept the package as a return. If you need an order shipped faster we do offer an express fee. If you want your product to leave our warehouse the day we receive payment it is $25.00, if you want it to leave our warehouse the next business day it will be $15.00. Please contact us for more information about this. Our service area includes the Continental USA, residents of Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. International orders are not and will not be accepted. Please allow 10 business days to receive your merchandise.

Shipping Damage
Sometimes situations arise that is out of our control. Among the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping. In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier it has to be claimed with that carrier. We will replace defective merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier.

Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item we will gladly do it but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the cost to re-ship it back to you. If you want a different item or a size that is more expensive you will also be responsible for the difference in the cost of the item. If you wish to exchange it for an item of less cost we will deduct the difference from your re-shipping cost.

Return Policy
I Stock Bargains must be notified no later than 30 days after you receive your order should you want to return your merchandise. ALL PRODUCTS HAVE 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! Original postage plus return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns must be preauthorized and returned in like new condition in original packaging. All returned packages must have a delivery confirmation of some sort depending on what carrier you decide to use. There must be a way to prove the item was returned to us. If item is defective please advise us as soon as possible, we will send you an authorization number expressly for this reason and will give you the address to return it for repair or replacement. Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting: returns@istockbargains.com and getting authorization to return the item. If this happens you can not and will not receive a refund. Returns are accepted: 1) If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. No restocking fee on exchanges. 2) If the merchandise is defective. Returns cannot be accepted if: 1) We were not notified within 30 days of your receiving the package. Please note we do keep tracking records on all shipments and we do know what day you receive your package. 2) We did not give you authorization # for returning the package. 3) Items were purchased at close out prices. All close out prices are final.

Lost Package
In the unlikely event that your package is lost while in transit to you, the package and its contents will be replaced by the carrier. Sorry, but no refunds will be issued on lost packages. They will be replaced only and re-shipped at the same delivery speed as the original shipment. All shipments are F.O.B. Shipping Point and become the property of the receiver upon being turned over to the carrier.

Misdirected Package
In the unlikely event that your package is misdirected during the shipping process, the original package will be routed to the receiver as quickly as possible by the parcel carrier. No order may be cancelled, refused or returned because it was misdirected in shipping. Shipping items are F.O.B. Shipping Point and become the property of the receiver upon delivery to the carrier. No replacement shipment will be made on any misdirected package unless the carrier is unable to locate it, in which case it becomes a Lost Package and will be replaced by the carrier.

Missing Item
If we charged you for an item that was not in your shipment, please email us the invoice number and the item number and item description that was missing with a short note. We need 48 hours to investigate your claim. All claims for shortages must be made within 3 days of receipt of your package. We reserve the right to correct any mistake or replace any missing item.

Pricing Disclaimer
All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, Continuum Wholesale Group, LLC reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

Payment Options

Credit cards
For your convenience I Stock Bargains accepts Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card through our merchant account provider that utilizes secure data encryption through SSL which ensures that your credit card number is kept safe. For your safety no record of your card number is kept online.

PayPal
We accept Visa/MasterCard, Discover and American Express through Paypal, a secure online service. We will also gladly accept Money orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks through the mail. Sorry no COD orders. Money Orders, Cashier Checks and personal checks will be held for 20 businesses days to verify legitimacy.

I Stock Bargains accept payments from users with Paypal accounts that have confirmed their address and verified their account with Paypal. Payments made from Paypal accounts that have not been verified with Paypal will need to complete an online form, print and fax it back to our office so that we have your authorization and signature to accompany your order. Transactions from suspicious Paypal accounts will be reversed and the account blocked from future purchases and reported to Paypal.

Backordered and Discontinued Products
Although we do our best to keep all items in stock and our website updated there will be times that we may be out of a particular item(s). To keep our prices low, we do not backorder merchandise. You will be notified immediately of any product that may be out of stock. If the product you ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available from the supplier, we will contact you to offer a substitute product: or, if you choose, you may cancel your original order.

Shipping and Handling Costs
We do not have any handling fees.

Hours of Business for Shipping Orders
We are an online business for your convenience which means you may place orders 24/7. Any orders placed online during weekends will be handled the following Monday. Orders placed after hours or on a holiday will be handled the following work day.

Pictures and Descriptions
I Stock Bargains is not responsible for any misrepresentation of products by the manufactures or by its distributors. Pictures and descriptions are provided by a third party.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, I Stock Bargains shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. I Stock Bargains shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, I Stock Bargains shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge Florida residents state sales tax which is 7% on all purchases. Purchasers residing outside the state of Florida do not have to pay any sales tax whatsoever. If the purchaser resides outside the state of Florida, but wishes to have a good shipped within the Florida area no sales tax apply.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation of an order is prohibited once merchandise has left the warehouse. Orders cancelled prior to being shipped will incur a $15 non refundable processing fee. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed 25% restocking fee.

Email Address
Due to the increase in fraudulent charges on the internet I Stock Bargains will refuse any orders from hotmail and yahoo email accounts.

Fraudulent Chargeback
I Stock Bargains does not take credit card fraud lightly. We log IP Addresses on all orders. All orders charged back due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction and federal authorities for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for an order that you placed, there will be a $125.00 research fee charged to your account upon reversal of the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS! - If you do not remember making the purchase, notify us BEFORE calling your bank! Fraudulent credit card charge-backs will be turned over to a collection agency and reported to credit bureaus.

Drop Shipping
As an increased security measure, we will now only take dropshipping orders that have a customer authorization form with them. This means, all drop shipping customers choosing to pay by credit card will need to complete an online form, print and fax it back to our office so that we have your authorization and signature to accompany your order. This also applies to any order where the billing address and shipping address do not match. You may fax the form to our billing office, or print, scan and email them back to us. We require that the information on the form to be complete before your merchandise ships. All customers who choose to pay via Money Order, or Cashiers Check should take note that these payments are held for 20 business days to verify legitimacy.

Third Party Link or Affiliates
We may offer links to other web sites that are not controlled by I Stock Bargains and we are not responsible for any content contained on any such web site or any loss suffered by you in relation to your use of such web sites. You waive any and all claims against I Stock Bargains regarding the inclusion of links and services from outside web sites or your use of those web sites.

Usage by children under 18
We cannot prohibit minors from visiting the Site. We must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising children under 18 to decide which materials are appropriate for such children to view and/or purchase.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase Daggers, Knives, and Swords from I Stock Bargains . It is the buyer’s responsibility to check State and Local laws governing the sale of Knives and swords in your state and to comply with these laws if applicable. By purchasing any Dagger, knife and sword I Stock Bargains you are stating that you are at least 18 years of age and know your State and Local laws governing Daggers, Knives and swords and that the credit card used to purchase any Daggers, Knives and swords is yours and is in your name.
